Cooley & Moss Are Expensive Autographs

A co-worker and "friend" of mine is a huge Steelers fan. (Strange since she is not from Pittsburgh) Anyways, she told me about how she was going to Tyson's Corner tomorrow to get Hines Ward's autograph.

Then she told me that in order to get his autograph, she was going to wait in line and pay $125 straight cash homey. $125 for an autograph? Why not just make one up and pretend its his autograph? Nobody will know the difference.

So I checked out the web site with the Hines Ward Info, PSGameGear, and found that there were some other options. The $125 only covered Hines signing something simple, like a poster, but if you wanted him to sign something slightly more complicated, $150 would get you an HW on a helmet.

Then there were some more options. For $25 extra dollars, Hines would add ONE of the following to his name: "SB XL MVP", "2x SB Champ" or "Steeler Nation" Wow SB!

So what does this have to do with the Skins? I'll tell you!

After scrolling down I saw that 2 Redskins would be signing autographs on Saturday, July 25th. Chris Cooley & Santana Moss. Cooley's auto costs $65 and Moss goes for $75. They didn't have any other special conditions or options...of course they have won 0 Super Bowls.

I find it hard to believe that people are willing to shell out the money for these autographs. Especially since many people get them for free. Oh well...
